What to bring on the day?

If you have a portfolio of your prior work and experience in theatre, please bring it with you. It could include photographs, programmes, lighting plans, prompt copies, etc. This is a great opportunity to provide a starting point for discussion with your interview panel.

Please also bring:

  • Passport Photograph with your name on the back
  • Proof of Education
  • Copy of IELTS / TOEFL scoring certificate
  • CV

What to expect on the day?

The interview day will begin with a talk on the course content and structure, and an opportunity for potential students to ask questions and meet the Programme Leader. This will be followed by a practical workshop that is designed to explore a student’s ability. This is not a test on existing skills, but a chance to see how applicants respond to instruction and work with others. After this follows individual interviews. Whilst interviews are taking place, candidates will be asked to write a short article about a recent piece of theatre they have seen.
